A Family Tradition
Meet the Crew
Meet the management team behind Meinecke-Johnson. Despite their diverse backgrounds, everyone on the list has one thing in common, they all started in the field and worked their way up!

Eric Johnson
President / Safety Director
Eric is the fourth generation in the Johnson family to work at Meinecke-Johnson. After starting in the field in 1991, he eventually went on to oversee office activities and job site safety. He is proud to be involved in highly successful building projects and be surrounded by such a strong team.

Wesley Leier
Senior Vice President
Wesley joined Meinecke-Johnson in 1992 and worked his way up to the position of Senior Vice President. He is responsible for estimating and project management, which is a great fit, since his greatest satisfaction comes from overseeing the building process from start to finish, with everything in between.

Brady Hasbargen
Project Manager
Since starting with the Meinecke-Johnson Company in 2002, Brady has enjoyed turning our quality ideas into a reality with our astonishing work, and of course, making our clients happy. His main roles with the Meinecke-Johnson Company include project estimating and project management.

Josh McWethy
Project Manager
Josh began working with Meinecke-Johnson in 2019 as an intern while completing his Construction Management degree at MSUM. Upon graduation, he accepted the role of Field Superintendent and in 2023 moved to the position of Project Manager. His main responsibilities include estimating and project management. Josh enjoys that every day on the job is different and that there is always something new to learn.
